KW Westfield
Real Estate Agent

Hi, I'm Cameron.

I got into real estate back in 2013 — and honestly, I haven't looked back since.

Over the past 12 years, I've been part of more than 2,000 transactions, whether managing the process behind the scenes or working directly with buyers and sellers. I've seen a lot. Smooth deals, complicated deals, the kind that make you want to pull your hair out — and everything in between. That experience has a way of making you really good at knowing what to do next.

I work with buyers and sellers here in Utah, and what drives me is pretty simple — real estate has been one of the biggest wealth-building tools in my own life, and I want that for my clients too. I'm not just trying to close a deal. I'm thinking about what this decision means for your financial future, and how we can use it to work in your favor.

"I'm not just trying to close a deal. I'm thinking about what this decision means for your financial future."

I also coach agents

Which, yes, means I'm sometimes teaching the very people you might hire instead of me. I'm at peace with that. If sharing what I know makes the whole industry better, that's a win. And if anything, it means I stay sharp. I'm constantly learning, refining, and bringing that back to every client I work with.

A bit of a tech and finance nerd

I use AI tools to research listings, neighborhoods, and market data before showings so you walk in already knowing what you're looking at. And when it comes to the financial side of a purchase — equity, long-term value, how this fits into your bigger picture — that's honestly where I light up.

My wife Cassie will tell you I'm the nerd of our relationship. Finances, spreadsheets, new technology — I'm all over it.

Speaking of Cassie

She actually wanted to get into real estate before me, so it's only fitting that we ended up doing this together. We make a pretty good team. Meet Cassie →

Outside of work

You'll probably find me on the soccer field, out on the slopes snowboarding, or doing something active with our five kids — four boys and our youngest, a little girl who has us all completely wrapped around her finger. We call her the princess. It's accurate.

At the end of the day, I just want to be the agent you actually trust. Not the one who tells you what you want to hear, but the one you'd call again — and send your friends to.
